The art you are viewing on these pages is the result of my long held desire to develop the creative facet of my personality. My lifelong learning in the creative arts (university classes, artist retreats, workshops and worldwide travel) has combined to give birth to an elegant art style that is uniquely mine. My whole spirit became engaged when I began weaving a variety of artistic technique into one eclectic expression.

I use my own hand poured paper, layered with color, paint and varnish to create a semitranslucent backdrop for fiber art. Soft llama wool might be woven together with a gilded metallic thread to create a 'river' of movement. Collected luxurious fabrics from India might be juxtaposed with leather to create a stunning accent. Or metallic paints might be dressed with nutshells from Thailand for an interesting contrast.

My work has been shown at the Holiday Market event at the American Club, Kohler and at Gallery Viriduatasa, Sheboygan Falls. My home gallery is for private and small group showings.

As the founder and director of The Wholisitc Health Center in Sheboygan, a successful clinical practice and business for more than 20 years, is should come as no surprise that I use a wholistic approach to my art. For me art is synergistic; I weave amazing 'bits and particles' of beauty into one elegant 'whole' piece of art.
